Upcoming Workshop: The Power of Choice
I am also very excited to share that I will be hosting another workshop soon.
The Power of Choice is a 90-minute guided workshop designed to help participants explore the role of personal choice in everyday interactions. Together we will learn to listen to our bodies reactions when given a choice to act. Get out of your head and into your somatic self.
This workshop will include guided reflection, discussion, and practical tools you can take with you into daily life.
